Copenhagen Corporate Finance had the pleasure of hosting the annual conference of the international corporate finance network Pandea Global M&A in Copenhagen, attracting over 60 delegates from key financial hubs worldwide. Among the attendees were representatives from Europe, North America, Africa, China, Japan and Singapore, reflecting the network’s global reach.

The conference spotlighted significant M&A trends, in particular the role of AI and digital transformation. Attendees gained valuable insights into how the Pandea Global M&A network continues to excel in securing new opportunities and discussed strategies for expanding its global footprint. During the conference there were external guest presentations by Polaris Private Equity and Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) with international relevans. 

At the same time, we increased international attention to exciting opportunities for acquisitions and investments in Danish companies and addressed the high degree of internationalization of Danish companies, including their focus on international growth.

Established in 2017, Pandea now has coverage in over 30 countries, making it the eighth largest international M&A advisor network. Member firms have completed over 2,500 deals with a combined value of over EUR 30 billion to date.

The Conference was held by Copenhagen Corporate Finance at the Tivoli Hotel & Congress Centre in Copenhagen on 25 and 26 April 2024.
