The Pandea Global M&A Dealmakers Awards 2024 were presented during the annual conference held in Copenhagen in 2024. Copenhagen Corporate Finance had the great honor of being nominated and winning the "Buy-Side Domestic M&A Deal of the Year" award.

The recognition was given for Copenhagen Corporate Finance's assistance in completing a number of acquisitions of electrical installers on behalf of Koble, owned by the Norwegian PE fund Credo Partners. Koble ApS was established in early 2023 with the aim of becoming Denmark's strongest multi-location electrical installer.

Henrik F. Stoltenberg, Partner in Copenhagen Corporate Finance, handled the M&A processes for Koble and also served as interim CFO for a period.
