Corporate Finance Analyst

At Copenhagen Corporate Finance we are busy with a wide range of exciting tasks. We are looking for a Corporate Finance Analyst for 15-20 hours a week.

The tasks include different disciplines associated with solving corporate finance tasks, such as:

• Obtaining and analyzing business and market information;
• Preparation of presentations and documents aimed at customers, investors and/or other advisers;
• Performing detailed valuations and financial analyzes;
• Participation in meetings with customers and investors; and
• Maintenance of databases

We imagine that you are well on your way to the final master's studies to be finished in 2-3 years and have specialized in, for example,

• MSc - Finance and Accounting
• MSc - Applied Economics & Finance
• MSc - Finance & Strategic Management

or similar, and that you have strong formulation skills in Danish and English.

The position is a good opportunity for you who are considering a career in investment banking or the consulting industry in order to gain real experience and responsibility. We are a small team, but busy and growing - and the environment is professional and ambitious without unnecessary formalities.
